HTC Sense 5.5
HTC Sense has been the graphical user interface from HTC and has undergone some significant changes. So all become much ‘quieter’ relative to the first versions. The latest version, HTC Sense 5.5, will include having the ability to disable Blink Feed but it is also possible to add Instagram and Google+. Android 4.3, combined with HTC 5.5 running on the HTC One Max, but for HTC One is Android 4.3 with HTC Sense 5.5 already available as custom ROM.

Availability
There are several ROMs available which Android 4.3 and HTC Sense 5.5 is available. There is the popular Maximus HD and Android Revolution HD.
