Hollandscheveld – Where a small association can be great at. The Hollandscheveldse Tennis Club (HTC) with its 80 members on average the largest number of league teams in the region, as many as nine. Assuming an average of five players per team, this means that more than half of the members league play and that’s a lot of concepts for tennis.
Not only is played by many competition, also HTC is known as the association whose members throughout the season alight anywhere in tournaments across the region. That is also the reason that most of the champions not in the photo, simply because they were all somewhere playing.
Mixed doubles 35 + led by team captain PietJo Schepers has become champion in the third class. Ladies first, led by team captain Heidi van der Ende-Mason are also champion in the third class. Men 1 Sunday, led by Thijs vd Weide became champion in the 7th class. It is worth noting that all the other teams were able to maintain. Their class
