15 months old HTC One S is no longer updated to new versions of Android.
that HTC has announced the technology press, writes Engadget. The latest version of Android that owners of a HTC One S install is version 4.1.1.
That version was made available by Google in July 2012, HTC released its updated version 4.1.1 in December 2012.
Google regularly releases new versions of Android out. Which are initially available only to people with a so-called Nexus device. However, many manufacturers make modifications to the operating system. Therefore, users of that phone always wait a little longer for updates, where they also are not insured.
