Good news for HTC is that the profit compared to the previous quarter have increased. In the first three months of this year was a net profit of about 2.2 million euros. Despite difficult times, partly due to the fierce competition in the smartphone market, HTC has always managed to stay.

The new flagship in the black HTC One, has sold well especially in May. Within 50 days after the launch, the device went about 5 million copies sold. In June, the number of One’s sales declined. According to The Verge has to do with the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S4 was available in that month in most places.

Sales of HTC incidentally fell to around 1.82 billion euros at approximately 2.35 billion in the second quarter of 2012.
