This Thursday, the two sides are back to the English court for an appeal in the case. HTC wants to lift the ban on selling Nokia hopes to expand to other HTC products such as the HTC One flagship. the sales bantwo rival manufacturers are in a number of different countries against each other in the courtroom. The European Union warned yesterday Nokia still not to ‘patent troll’ to post on types being acquired by Microsoft.
