Big, bigger, biggest HTC must have thought. With the HTC One Max, the phone maker made its biggest and heaviest smartphone to date. The device comes in design similar to the HTC One, the flagship that earlier this year, but it is a big blow larger.
In recent weeks, we have expanded the One Max to the test and looked at what the advantages and disadvantages (the size of) the device has. These types of measurements is desirable, or you are still better off with a smaller phone?
HTC One Max is a smartphone with clear advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, the device is equipped with a beautiful and large screen, good speakers and a good battery life and also includes the performance and distinctive features of the device against. The design feels example, a lot less robust because HTC has opted for more plastic and a tailgate that can be removed. In addition, the fingerprint scanner in daily use awkward, by the placing on the back and the limited functionality. The specifications and performance are fine, until you compare the One Max with significantly faster and cheaper Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The latter is also better in the hand by slightly more compact and lighter design. We can also recommend the One Max only when HTC lowers the price of the device significantly.
