HTC One may not sell mini in England. A judge imposed the ban after complaints from Nokia. Besides the One Mini One would also violate the same patents but a marketing them, according to the court to have far-reaching consequences.
An English court has imposed a ban on sales of HTC for the Mini One. According to the verdict, the Taiwanese company would violate patents by applying chips whose law lies with Nokia. Nokia is despite the sales ban is not satisfied. They also claim compensation. The One who would violate patents, but the judge ruled that banning them is too great a punishment.
