Nokia wins Dutch appeal case on HTC One microphone - Nutech

HTC should definitely not use a microphone from ST Microelectronics in the HTC One.

That has determined the Amsterdam Court Tuesday.

Earlier the court had already decided that ST Microelectronics had sold. Tufnel the so-microphone technology from Nokia to HTC without permission

Nokia has in the U.S. patent on the Tufnel-microphone in the HTC One is used. A European patent on this technology has not yet been assigned. Pending the assignment of the patent was therefore no marketing on the HTC One (review) pronounced.

The new ruling there seems to bring no change. According to the court, it is also unlikely that HTC or others still Tufnel microphones in stock phones because the production is kept short.

compensation to Nokia is as yet no question. There could even be kept on a separate lawsuit.

Nokia and HTC could not respond directly to the case.
