HTC pays Nokia just in time for Patents - Macworld

News HTC has reached a settlement with Nokia over patents. This was done under the threat of an import ban in the U.S..

HTC has reached a settlement with Nokia, the Finnish manufacturer made known Friday. This brings to an end a month-long patent dispute between the two companies. HTC probably pay significantly to Nokia for its patents around 4G technology. Details of the agreement are confidential.
