Again bad news for HTC in court. This time in Germany. The Nokia managed to impose on all Android phones from HTC. Ban A big disappointment for all business in difficulties.
HTC can still appeal, but it does not look really good for the company. It’s all about EP1148681, a patent which describes a method for transferring resource information such as a website link. Meanwhile, Google is worried because this Nokia patent also other Android manufacturers touches. Google is trying to declare the patent invalid, but that came too late for this statement. Should the ruling stand then HTC would remove some of the features via a software update to sell its phones like the One guarantee. Nokia, HTC has already been on the grain. There are already under litigation in several countries, including the Netherlands and England.
