HTC has started rolling out Android 4.4 to the HTC One first devices in America. Shortly after the launch of Android 4.4 (KitKat) the update was already available for HTC One GPE (Google Play Edition), now has the HTC update also made available to the Developer Edition and Unlocked phones.
Currently, only the unlocked handsets in the United States be able to download this update, but is expected to rapidly spread to other countries. Also, it should be simple to adapt to the specific provider models of the HTC One.
